Maisie Malcolm
Maisie is avid lover of writing fantasy that allows her to escape from the real world and into the colorful, magical worlds in her head. Maisie enjoys world building to the degree that she’ll spend hours coming up with a magic system instead of writing. She is a lover of Legos and book binding in her spare time. When she’s not reading or working, of course.
Maisie can be found trolling around on her various writing discords, nose buried in a book, and screaming about Avatar (the James Cameron versions, obviously) or Jurassic Park/World movies.
The Writers
Maisie Malcolm is the first pen name that the system debuted as part of the Writing Syndicate. The name was a fun thing to come up with because we wanted something that sounded like it fit with the portal fantasy vibe. That is where Maisie came in because she is the young character from Jurassic World Dominion. And of course we can't get the iconic Dr. Malcolm who was the inspiration for the last name. So that was how this came to be (AKA Ash is a HUGE Jurassic Park/World nerd and owns so many JP/JW stuff).
This pen name really was the beginning of returning to writing, in a way that was entirely authentic to ourselves as a DID system. It helped us to begin to heal and to really feel confident in our writing again.

Ash
Jurassic Park/World Fanatic. Absolutely LOVES world building and creating new ideas. Usually is the reason there are more projects added.
Also is the reason we have so many Legos too.
-
Maisie
Maisie came along when the pen name started really becoming more prominent and she ended up being the one that focuses on world building magic systems and large scale universe.

Serena
Serena rarely writes, but she is the consistency and the organizer. She's the one who is designing the entire LoreBook for the Sundryverse.
